Elizabeth "Alice" (Tarallo) Panorese

Mrs. Elizabeth B. “Alice” (Tarallo) Panorese, 95, of Milford MA, died Tuesday (August 25, 2015) at Genesis Healthcare Milford Center after a period of declining health. She was the beloved wife of the late Severino Peter Panorese, who died this past April.

Mrs. Panorese was born in Worcester MA, the daughter of the late James and the late Victoria (Ciccarelli) Taralo. She attended Worcester public schools, graduating from Commerce High School.

Mrs. Panorese was first employed as a young woman at MKM Hosiery in Rochdale MA and later employed at Jean’s Catering and the former W.T. Grant Store in Milford. She also was employed at the Franklin Skating Arena.

Mrs. Panorese had been a member of the Sacred Heart Grammar School PTA and a member of the Red Hat Society. She also was an avid card player with her many friends.

Mrs. Panorese’s family would like to thank the staff at Genesis Healthcare for their wonderful care and acknowledge her many friends at Genesis Healthcare.

Mrs. Panorse is survived by 1 Daughter: Linda M. Catanzariti of Milford MA; 2 Grandsons: Anthony P. Catanzariti of Milford MA and Michael J. Catanzariti, of Philadelphia PA; 2 Brothers: Francis Tarallo and his wife Louise & Ronald Tarallo and his wife Joyce, both of Shrewsbury MA;          1 Sister-in-law: Mrs. Mary Tarallo of Shrewsbury MA; 1 Brother-in-law: Ernest Panorese of Milford MA; several nieces & nephews; and 2 longtime dear friends: Jean Zinck and Theresa Chalmatov of Milford MA.

Mrs. Panorese was the sister of the late Angelo Taralo, the late James Taralo, the late Elvira Palumbo, the late Carmella Amoroso, the late Grace Ozios and the late Joanne Groccia.

Her funeral will be held Monday (August 31st) at 9am from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in the Lower Chapel of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 7 East Main Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford. Visiting hours will be Sunday (August 30th) from 4pm to 7pm.
