Fayek Benjamin Botros

Mr. Fayek Benjamin Botros, 90, formerly of Cotuit MA, departed to the Heavenly Kingdom on August 30, 2017. He is the husband of the late Cecile Botros and beloved father of David Botros. He is the father-in-law of Audrey Youssef Botros and grandfather of Angelina and Julia Botros. He is the brother of Talaat Benjamin Botros, Fawzia Benjamin Botros, late Emil Benjamin Botros, late Wadie Benjamin Botros, late Kamel Benjamin Botros and late Wadia Benjamin Botros and many family members throughout the United States and Egypt.

Fayek was born and raised in Asyut, Egypt and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He moved to the United States in 1973. He worked as a mechanical engineer in Egypt and the United States for Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation and United Engineers.

Fayek was known for his big, loving heart and he always opened his home to everyone. He was always the first to help anyone in need. During his last months, despite his poor health, he was always thanking, blessing and praying for everyone he encountered. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017 at noon at the St. Mary Spiritual Vineyard, 74 Gould Road, Charlton MA. Burial will follow in St. Lazarus Cemetery in Charlton MA. May the Lord rest his soul in His Glorious Heavenly Kingdom and in the bosom of Our Lord, God and Savior, Jesus Christ.
