Mrs. Judith A. (Pedroli) Micelotta, 77, of Milford MA died Tuesday (March 28, 2017) at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston MA. She was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Nicholas L. Micelotta Jr., who died in 2016.
Mrs. Micelotta was born in Milford MA, the daughter of the late Peter Attilio and the late Velvadena Marie (Tavano) Pedroli Jr. She attended Milford public schools, graduating from Milford High School, Class of 1957. She was also a graduate of Simmons College, Class of 1961.
Mrs. Micelotta was first employed as a young woman as a science teacher and then as a dietician. She later was employed for fifteen years at Digital Equipment Corporation before retiring in 1996.
Mrs. Micelotta was a lifelong resident of Milford and a communicant of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. She loved to read and enjoyed her trips to the casino.
Mrs. Micelotta is survived by her 5 Children: Donna Pacella of Providence RI, Paula Earle and her husband Richard of Uxbridge MA, Debra Mastroianni and her husband Raymond of Milford MA, Lisa Fernandes and her husband Anthony of Milford MA and Nicholas L. Micelotta III of Mendon MA; 5 Grandchildren: Jessica Fernandes, Eric Fernandes, Kristen Earle, Steven Earle and Jenna Mastroianni; 1 Great Grandson: Bentley Belanger; 2 Sisters-in-law: Maria Ruggiero and her husband Robert of Mendon MA and Mrs. Georga Pedroli of Richmond VA; also several nieces & nephews.
Mrs. Micelotta was the sister of the late Retired Brigadier General Attilio Pedroli (USAF).
Her funeral will be held Monday (April 3rd) from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in the Lower Chapel of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 7 East Main Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA. A visiting hour will be held Monday (April 3rd) from 8;30am to 9:30am, prior to her Funeral Mass.
