Robert W. Orton

Mr. Robert W. Orton, 73, of Milford MA, died Tuesday (December 6, 2016) at Milford Regional Medical Center after a period of declining health. He was the beloved husband of Patricia A. (Turner) Orton.

Mr. Orton was born in Framingham MA, the son of the late Samuel D. and the late Elizabeth M. (Jamieson) Orton. He was a graduate of Framingham Vocational High School and had been employed for many years in the computer industry for various computer companies. He was an avid sports fan who loved to watch sports.

Along with his beloved wife of 51 years, he is survived by 2 Sons: Jonathan Orton and his wife Colleen of Woonsocket RI and Christopher Orton and his wife Christine of Uxbridge MA;  2 Granddaughters: Victoria Orton and Alexis Orton of Woonsocket RI; 1 Step-Granddaughter: Gabrielle Spring of Uxbridge MA; 1 Sister: Mary, wife of Tom Kittridge of Holliston MA; several nieces & nephews. He was the brother of the late Edmund Orton.

Private Cremation Services will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA.
