Dear LeBlanc family,
I was saddened to hear about Russell. I know he was struggling of late, yet he remained happy and personable to me. I have only known Russell for three years, but we developed a good friendship. I would have liked to do more for him, but he was a stoic and strong headed man. For the most part he needed no help. I did give him a ride from time to time and was happy to do so. I was, still am, the Meals on Wheels girl. I saw Russell 5 times a week, for three years, as I said earlier. I will miss him for a very long time. For you, his family, he would always tell me about the family gatherings and how he loved those gatherings so much. I hope he didn't suffer much.
My sympathy to you all.
Cornelia Dillon, Meals on Wheels
