Carol A. Lewis-Booth

Carol A. Lewis-Booth, 82, of Milford MA died Monday (March 4, 2024) at the Milford Regional Medical Center after an illness.

Carol was born in Cambridge MA, the daughter of the late William Lewis and the late Mary E. (Alphonse) Lewis. She attended Cambridge MA public schools and was a graduate of Cambridge High School, Class of 1959. She also attended Dean Junior College in Franklin MA.

Carol was first employed as a young woman as a cashier at the former Woolworth’s Store located in Milford MA. She later was employed as a salesperson at the former Stahleker Steel Corporation located in Cambridge MA and then at the Schwarzkopf Company located in Franklin MA.

Carol was a proud member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary located in Cambridge MA and Franklin MA. She loved spending her free time doing ceramics & gardening.

Carol is survived by her 2 siblings: Marguerite M. Lee of East Wareham MA and William Lewis and his wife Patricia of Woburn MA; also her nephew: Michael Lee and her nieces: Michelle, Renee, Stacey & Amanda.

In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place. Relatives & friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on SATURDAY (May 4th) at 10:00AM in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 19 Winter Street, Milford MA. Burial of her cremains will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Milford MA. There are no funeral home visiting hours.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
