Mrs. Agnes (Barsamian) Kasparian, 82, of Milford MA, died Friday morning (April 21, 2017) at Medway Country Manor in Medway MA after a lengthy illness. She was the beloved wife of Joseph Kasparian. They would have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in June.
Mrs. Kasparian was born in Milford MA, the daughter of the late Michael and the late Evelyn (Nigoghosian) Barsamian. She was a graduate of Milford High School, Class of 1952 and also a graduate of the former Becker Junior College, Class of 1953.
Mrs. Kasparian had been employed for many years as a secretary, first working at the former Draper Corporation in Hopedale MA and at the Worcester County National Bank. She later was employed as a medical secretary.
Mrs. Kasparian lived in Holliston for many years, but had also resided in Worcester MA. She loved doing arts & crafts, especially with her granddaughter, and was an avid gardener whose yard was filled with colorful flowers and abundant vegetables.
Along with her beloved husband Joseph, she is survived by her 3 Children: Linda, wife of Brian Sprague of Milford MA, Brian Kasparian and his wife Elizabeth of Medway MA and Glenn Kasparian and his wife Tracy of Worcester MA; also her cherished grandchildren: Julie Kasparian of Medway MA, Nicholas Kasparian of Worcester MA and Madelyn Field Kasparian of Worcester MA.
The family would like to thank the nurses, nurse’s aides, therapists, activities and kitchen staff at Medway Country Manor for their special care and concern for Aggie and her family.
Relatives & friends are invited to attend her Funeral Services on Wednesday (April 26th) at 11am at the Armenian Church of the Holy Translators, 38 Franklin Street, Framingham MA. Burial will follow in Vernon Grove Cemetery in Milford MA. A visiting hour will be held Wednesday morning (April 26th) from 10am to 11am at the Armenian Church of the Holy Translators, prior to her Funeral Services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Armenian Church of the Holy Translators, 38 Franklin Street, Framingham MA 01702 or to the Alzheimer’s Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham MA 02452.
