Mrs. Deborah S. (Fish) Kamrath, 66, of Lincoln NE, died early Saturday morning (April 20, 2019) at her daughter’s residence in Milford MA after an illness.
She was born in Ord, Nebraska the daughter of the late Richard D. and the late Esther E. (Augustyn) Fish. She attended public schools in Ord NE and was a graduate of Ord High School, Class of 1971.She was also a graduate of the former Kearney State College, Class of 1974.
She had been employed as a dedicated school teacher at Kearney High School, in Kearney NE, for over thirty years. Upon her retirement from teaching, she moved to Lincoln NE, where she worked as a real estate sales agent.
While residing in Lincoln NE, she became active in the community volunteering for the “Meals on Wheels” program and was a member of the St. Peter’s Parish. She enjoyed baking, especially cakes and loved spending time with her family members & friends, especially her four grandchildren.
She is survived by 1 Daughter: Natalie S., wife of Daniel DeSousa of Milford MA; 4 Grandchildren: Antonio DeSousa, Neva DeSousa, Helena DeSousa and Mateus DeSousa; 1 Brother: Steven A. Fish of Lincoln NE.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday (April 24th) from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 19 Winter Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Milford MA. A visiting hour will be held Wednesday morning (April 24th) from 8:30am to 9:30am, prior to her Funeral Mass.
