We Were neighbors in cuba for many years..Les and Gladyne was close friends, Earl and Carol and us kids grew up together on my Grandmas farm just down the road from them..as the years passed we all grew up , got married but I moved to cuba from st. louis on my granddads farm, and les and Gladyne were my husbands and I friends.. I guess the last time I saw earl was when his dad died.. Well I just want to offer my sympathy, Suzanne,, I too am a widow,, my husband died of agent orange 2002 at 50.. Earl was a swell guy and his mom and dads heart, they were so proud of him... I feel so sorry for all of you,, and I will tell you how I coped,,..i trusted In Jesus.. He knows Your name ,, he knows your every thought, he sees each tear that falls and hears you when you call,, take comfort in him.. cling to your kids ... they need you now more than ever and you need them.. May the good Lord bless and keep you in his arms....

Earl was a great and wonderful man to have worked with and known.
Will and I enjoyed his laughter and brilliance.

I worked with Earl at Ericsson and I thought the world of him. He would always help anyone whom needed it. I have nothing but fond memories of him. So sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts are with his family.

My sincere condolences to the Licklider family. I truly enjoyed meeting Earl at many customer and User Group events over the years with Ericsson, Aastra and Mitel. He was a true professional and friend and I will miss him dearly.
