Frances L. (Bosworth) DiGirolamo

Mrs. Frances L. (Bosworth) DiGirolamo, 90, of Blackstone MA died Saturday (February 18, 2017) at her residence after a period of declining health. She was the beloved wife of the late Nicholas B. DiGirolamo, who died in 1992.

Mrs. DiGirolamo was born in Framingham MA, the daughter of the late Harry A. and the late Josie R. (Atchison) Bosworth. She attended Framingham public schools as a young girl and had been employed for many years at the former Lish Hat factory in Framingham MA. She later was employed at Data General Corporation, from which she retired.

Mrs. DiGirolamo had also resided in Milford and Ashland before residing Blackstone MA.

Mrs. DiGirolamo is survived by her children: Joanne DiRamio, wife of Rico DiRamio of Blackstone MA, Anne Harrison, wife of Tim Harrison of Hopedale MA and Nicholas DiGirolamo and his wife Susan of Brewster MA; 14 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces & nephews.

Mrs. DiGirolamo was the mother of the late Marie Williams and the late Joseph DiGirolamo. She was also the sister of the late Harry W. Bosworth and the late George H. Bosworth.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday (February 25th) at 10am at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA. A visiting hour will be Saturday morning (February  25th) from 9am to 10am, prior to her funeral services.
