Peter C. Murphy

Mr. Peter C. Murphy, 81, of Milford  MA, died Tuesday (March 13, 2018) at the Milford Regional Medical Center after a period of declining health.

Mr. Murphy was born in Milford MA, the son of the late Francis and the late Helen (Monehan) Murphy. He attended Milford public schools, graduating from Milford High School.

Mr. Murphy had been employed at the family owned dairy farm and Agway Store, which was located on upper Purchase Street in Milford.

He is survived by 1 Sister-in-law: Teresa Murphy of Newington CT; 2 Nephews: Paul Murphy of Newington CT and Mark Murphy and his wife Cheryl of Newington CT; also 3 Grandnephews: Jack Murphy, Ian Murphy and Ryan Murphy of Newington CT.

In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. A  Funeral Service will be held SATURDAY   (June 2nd)  at   10am at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. Burial of his cremains will follow in North Purchase Cemetery. A visiting hour will be held SATURDAY    (June 2nd) at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home from 9am to 10am, prior to his Funeral Service.
