Mr. Sylvio Liberty, 80, of Milford MA, died Tuesday evening (February 3, 2009) at the Milford Care & Rehabilitation Center after a period of declining health. He was the husband of the late Rose (Marenghi) Liberty, who died in 2006.
Mr. Liberty was born in Uxbridge MA the son of the late Naraire and the late Lena (Either) Liberty and attended public schools in Uxbridge. He had been employed for years as a short order cook.
Mr. Liberty is survived by 1 Daughter: Cheryl Wilson of Grafton MA and 1 Brother: Norbert Liberty of MA.
His funeral will be held Friday (Feb 6th) from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in the Upper Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 7 East Main Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Medway Road (Rte 109), Milford MA. A visiting hour will be held Friday morning from 8:30am to 9:30am, prior to his Funeral Mass.
