Timothy J. Stewart

Mr. Timothy Joseph Stewart, 65, of Uxbridge MA, passed away Saturday (March 2, 2019) at his Uxbridge home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Worcester MA, to George and Frances (Carroll) Stewart.

Timothy was a dedicated employee of Verizon, retiring after twenty-nine years of service. He was also owner and operator of Best Pest Control Service, providing exceptional pest control service to his customers for over twenty-five years.

Timothy leaves his wife of forty-six years, Mary (LeBlanc) Stewart, son Michael and his wife Marie Willard; daughter Johanna Stewart and her partner James Gingras; 3 grandchildren: Thomas Stewart, Antoinette Stewart and Madeline Gingras; his siblings : Craig (Patricia) Stewart, Ronald (Lisa) Stewart and Jacqueline Correia;  as well as several loving nieces, nephews and extended family.

Timothy is pre-deceased by his parents, a brother John Stewart and his beloved grandson Michael A. Stewart.

Timothy will be remembered as a fun loving, fair and honest man by all who knew him. Members of the community, along with his family and friends, often looked to him for his guidance and support, he consistently went out of his way to help others.

For those closest to him, he was a devoted husband, loving father, amazing Pa, and loyal friend.

Tim’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the people at Salmon VNA & Hospice of Milford for their loving care & support during his final days.

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place. Relatives & friends are invited to attend his Memorial Mass on Wednesday (March 6th) at 10:30am in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 19 Winter Street, Milford MA.

In lieu of flowers donations in Tim’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
