Mrs. Anne Marie (DiGirolamo) Harrison, 90, of Hopedale MA died Friday (August 7, 2026) at her residence after an illness. She was the beloved wife of Timothy "Tim" Harrison.

Anne Marie was born in Milford MA, the daughter of the late Nicholas DiGirolamo and the late Anna Rose (Walden) Dixon. She attended Milford public schools, graduating from Milford High School.

Anne Marie was first employed as a young woman at the former Milford National Bank. She then spent many years as a retail associate working at Victory Supermarket in Uxbridge MA, and then lastly working at Community Partnership located in Milford MA.

Anne Marie had grown up in Milford MA and resided in Bellingham MA from 1968 to 1980. She resided in Florida from 1980 until 1999 when she and her husband Tim moved back to Hopedale MA.

Her number one passion was spending time taking care of her family, cooking her favorite foods like gnocchis, pasta and chicken cutlets. She also loved spoiling her grandchildren.

She loved traveling to Cape Cod and spent many weekends on the beach with her feet in the sand. She also loved spending time in New Hampshire sitting out on the deck looking at the mountains and sitting by the fire pit.

She also loved an occasional trip to the casino and going to live concerts, especially Travis Tritt and Bob Seger.

She loved parties with her family and was always the first one on the dance floor, dancing with her grandchildren.

Along with her beloved husband of 51 years, she is survived by her 7 children: Jo-Ann Columbo and her husband Joseph of Douglas MA, Sharon DiGirolamo and her companion Tony Edwards of Douglas MA, Tony Giunta and his wife Jennifer of Douglas MA, Jeff Giunta of Hopedale MA, Tim Harrison and his wife Terri of Virginia Beach VA, Kim Harrison of Franklin MA and Kerry Cardarelli and her husband Tony of Bellingham MA; her 16 grandchildren: Joey, Sharon, Justin, Lora, Rachael, Allyson, Andrea, Christy, Michelle, Aidan, Torynn, Taylor, Adam, Zach, Kaelyn and Katy; and her 9 great grandchildren: Keyara, Daniel, Samantha, Mason, Maxwell, Angel, Avery, Luke and Sunny.

Anne Marie is also survived by her siblings: Nicholas DiGirolamo and his wife Sue of Brewster MA, JoAnne DiRamio of Blackstone MA and Linda Walden and her wife Terry of Arizona; also many nieces & nephews.

Anne Marie was the mother of the late Lori Giunta; the grandmother of the late Danny Columbo; the sister of the late Marie Williams; the sister of the late Joseph DiGirolamo; the sister of the late Barry Walden and the step-daughter of the late Frances Bosworth-DiGirolamo.

In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. Relatives & friends will be invited to extend their condolences to Anne Marie's family on MONDAY (August 17th) from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. A Private Graveside Committal of her cremains will be held at Hopedale Village Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
