Gary "Beanie"
Bonetti
d. Feb 26, 2022
Gary "Beanie" Bonetti, 70, of Milford, passed away suddenly on February 26, 2022. He will be forever missed by his wife of 39 years, Paula (Flynn) Bonetti, and their children, Andrew Bonetti and his wife Krista of Westborough, and Michael Bonetti of Worcester. He was the beloved Gampy to Mila Bonetti, whom he adored. He also leaves behind many devoted and lifelong friends from different walks of life. He was a son of the late Albert and Lillian (Fitzgerald) Bonetti of Milford, and brother of the late David Bonetti.
Born and raised in Milford, Massachusetts, Gary was a proud graduate of Milford High School and went on to receive a bachelor's degree from Worcester State College and a master's degree from Boston College. He had a long career as a teacher and college professor, and spent many years capturing memories as a professional photographer. In retirement, Gary was a caring companion to many four legged friends as a dog walker.
Gary was passionate about his many interests and hobbies which included live music, traveling with his wife, cheering for Boston sports teams, and the Sunday crossword. He will be missed for his unique sense of humor, his loyalty as a friend, and his devotion as a husband, father, and grandfather. Heartfelt thanks on behalf of his family is given to the Milford Rescue team and the emergency and ICU staff at Milford Regional Medical Center for their kindness and compassion.
To honor Gary's love for animals, in lieu of flowers, a gift can be made to Baypath Humane Society where his son and daughter-in-law are active volunteers. Visit www.baypathhumane.org/donate or mail checks, payable to Baypath Humane Society, to 500 Legacy Farms North, Hopkinton, MA 01748. Please include Gary Bonetti in the tribute name online or memo line in check.
