Mrs. Helen O. (Slavin) Lotfy, 86, of Uxbridge MA and formerly of Milford MA passed away on Wednesday (January 4, 2023) after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Lotfy who died in 2015.

Helen was born in Milford MA, the daughter of the late Walter Slavin and the late Lillian (Gilleney) Slavin.

Helen is survived by her 4 children: Diane Murphy and her husband Richard, Louis Lotfy and his wife Debra, Richard Lotfy and Lori Couture and her husband Joseph; also several grandchildren & several great grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.

Helen was predeceased by her siblings: Warren Slavin, William Slavin, Edward Slavin, Louise Watson, Mildred Cupka, Grace Earl, Anna Thibodeau, Pearl Barr, Mary "Mae" Drew, Margaret Claflin and Lillian Kolenda.

In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place. A Private Committal Service will be held at Vernon Grove Cemetery in Milford MA at the convenience of the family. There are no funeral home visiting hours.
