Leonora C. Costanza, 74, of Oak Bluffs MA and formerly of Milford MA died late Friday evening (October 22, 2021) at the Seasons Hospice Home in Milton Ma after an illness .

Leonora was born in Framingham MA, the daughter of the late Peter and the late Eleanor (Lanzetta) Costanza. She attended Milford public schools, graduating from Milford High School, Class of 1965.

Leonora has been a resident of Martha's Vineyard for well over twenty years. She had been employed in the restaurant industry for many years. Lastly, she had served as an assistant & confidant and then later as caretaker to Dorothy West of Martha's Vineyard, a valued friend.

Leonora loved to travel and also had a keen eye for fashion & clothes. She loved to cook and entertain her family members and friends.

Leonora is survived by her daughter: Blythe Coleman-Simmons of Stoughton MA; her 2 grandchildren: Dennis Harmon of Atlanta GA and Milan Simmons of Rochester NY; her 2 siblings: Peter Costanza of Milford MA and Geraldine Christenson of CA; also several nieces, nephews, cousins and an uncle.

Leonora was the sister of the late Joseph Costanza and the late Maria Hunter.

In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place. Relatives & friends are invited to extend their condolences to Leonora's family on Sunday (November 7th) from 2pm to 4pm at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. A private celebration of her life will be held immediately following the visiting hours.
