Mr. Lucas Rafael Adames Ruiz, 53, of Milford MA died unexpectedly on August 6, 2020 at the Milford Regional Medical Center after being stricken at work.

Lucas was born in Santo Domingo of the Dominican Republic, the son of Fausto Evangelista Adames Acosta and Josefa Emilia Ruiz de Adames.

Lucas had been employed as a gas station attendant at the BP Gas Station located on Main Street in Milford MA for several years and was well liked by the gas station's patrons.

Funeral services & burial will take place in Santo Domingo of the Dominican Republic. Funeraria Blandino, Av. Abraham Lincon #62, Santo Domingo of the Dominican Republic is in charge of the funeral services. Burial will take place at Jardin Memorial, Av. Jacobo Majluta, Santo Domingo of the Dominican Republic.
