Mrs. Martina "Tina" A. (Rodgers) Lunardi, 71, of Milford MA, died unexpectedly Sunday (May 13, 2018) at the Milford Regional Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of James J. Lunardi.

Mrs. Lunardi was born in Louisville KY, the daughter of the late Charles G. and the late Martina (Passanisi) Rodgers. She was a graduate of Immaculata High School in Detroit MI, Class of 1964. She was also a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit MI.

Mrs Lunardi was first employed as a school teacher at St. John Bosco Elementary School located in Redford MI. She later had been employed for several years for the Town of Milford working in the Tax Collector's Office  and the Tax Assessor's Office.

Mrs. Lunardi had been a resident of Milford since 1980 and had been a member of the Milford Junior Women's Club; a communicant and lector at St. Mary of the Assumption Church; and also had served as a Tiger Cub Scout Leader. She enjoyed learning the game of golf which she enjoyed playing with her husband, Jim. She also was a creative cook who loved trying new recipes.

Along with her beloved husband of 42 years, she is survived by her2 Sons: Jason Lunardi of New York City NY and Brian Lunardi and his wife Jamie Frederick of Santa Barbara CA; 1 Sister: Gina, wife of Robert Fathman of Dublin OH; 1 Brother-in-law: Tony Ferro of Livonia MI; 1 Sister-in-law: Donna Allison of Albuquerque NM; also various nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Also many close longtime friends.

In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 19 Winter Street, Milford MA on SATURDAY (June 16th) at 12PM. Private committal services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no visiting hours,
