Mrs. MaryJane (Bourque) Phaneuf, 82, of Milford MA died Thursday (July 16, 2026) at the UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester MA after an illness. She was the wife of the late Albert Phaneuf.

MaryJane was born in Cumberland RI, the daughter of the late Edmond Bourque and the late Alice Bourque. She attended public schools in Cumberland RI and was a graduate of Cumberland High School.

MaryJane had been employed for many years in the retail industry, working at the former Lincoln Drug Store in Milford MA and the former Big Lots Store in Milford MA.

MaryJane was an avid gardener and loved spending time with her beloved family members, especially her grandchildren.

MaryJane is survived by her 3 children: Craig A. Phaneuf and his fiancée Petra of Milford MA, Tracy Ault and her husband Paul Ault Jr. of North Oxford MA and Allen B. Phaneuf of North Oxford MA; her 10 grandchildren: Krysta Pasacane, Jason Phaneuf, Kyle Pasacane, Kevin Pasacane, Sydney Rivera, Jenna Rivera, Brianna Rivera, Gabrielle Phaneuf, Mila Phaneuf and Zoey Phaneuf; several great grandchildren; 1 sister: Jeannette Andrews of Attleboro MA; and several nieces & nephews.

MaryJane was the sister of the late Armand Bourque; the late Rita Whalen & the late Laura Malbeouef.

A Private Gathering for family members will be held at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA at the convenience of the family. In accordance with her wishes cremation will follow and a Private Graveside Committal will be held in St. Mary's Cemetery in Milford MA. There are no funeral home visiting hours.
