Mr. Michael A. DeMeo, 50, of Stuart, FL and formerly of Milford, MA died Saturday (March 29, 2025) surrounded by his family members at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Weston, FL after complications from a severe heart attack he suffered earlier in the month.

Michael was born in Framingham, MA, the son of Edmund "Ted" DeMeo Jr. of Sutton, MA and the son of Kathleen Varga of Port St. Lucie, FL. He was a graduate of Milford High School Class of 1994.

Michael had been employed in the retail industry for many years, working for Macy's Department Store in New York City during the tragedy of "September 11th". He then continued his career in loss prevention with Kohl's Department Store in various locations before transferring to Florida in 2014 where he was responsible for the Southeast Region. For the past six years, he has owned and operated his own marketing company, Manta Marketing.

Michael loved his time residing in Florida since he was an avid fisherman and loved going to the beach, especially spending time with his beloved family members.

Michael is survived by his father: Edmund "Ted" DeMeo Jr. and his wife Paula; his mother: Kathleen Varga and her husband Daniel; his son: Nicolas DeMeo; his daughter Giuliana DeMeo and his former wife Jennifer DeMeo all of Palm City, FL: two brothers: Timothy P. DeMeo and his wife Kelly and their children Alisia & Anthony of Douglas, MA and Matthew V. DeMeo and his son Mason of Whitinsville, MA; also several aunts, uncles & cousins which whom he was very close growing up.

In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. A Mass will be held at 11:00am on Saturday (June 7th) at St. Mary's Parish , One Church Square Franklin, Ma. Relatives & friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life on Sunday (June 8th) from 12:30pm to 4:00pm at the Blissful Meadows Golf Club, 801 Chocolog Road, Uxbridge MA.
