Mrs. Mona Lisa Fisher, 72, of Milford MA died Friday (July 17, 2026) at the Lanessa Extended Care Facility in Webster MA after a period of declining health. She was the wife of the late William Liberty.

Mona was born in Milford MA, the daughter of the late Donald E. Fisher and the late Cecelia (Samiagio) Fisher. She attended public schools and was a devoted housewife & mother.

Mona loved to do jig-saw puzzles & crossword puzzles. She also loved playing card games.

Mona is survived by her son:  Senior Master Sgt. (USAF) Christopher L. Fisher and his wife LeighAnn of Montana; her 2 grandchildren: Cameron Fisher & Alexys Fisher; her siblings: Dawn Stevens of Mendon MA, Nick Fisher and his wife Josey of Worcester MA, Jerry Fisher and his wife Lois of Douglas MA, Margaret Washer of Bellingham MA, Theresa Ramsey of Milford MA and Cecelia Mittenberg of Charlton MA; also several nieces & nephews.

Mona was the sister of the late Shirley Fisher of Milford MA who died in 2024.

A Visitation Period will be held Friday (July 24th) from 11:00am to 12:30pm at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Vernon Grove Cemetery in Milford MA.
