Regina A. Ferrera, passed away quietly at 93 years old, in her home in Milford MA, on December 19, 2022 surrounded by her family.

She is predeceased by her late husband, Charles J. Ferrera, M.D. and her eldest son, Attorney Charles J. Ferrera.

Regina was born in Clinton MA and she received her registered nursing degree from Clark University in Worcester MA.

She married and raised her family, Charles, James and Susan in Winthrop, MA.

In 1986 Regina moved to Milford MA where she was very active in civic matters as well as a multitude of volunteer projects. She earned the "Milford Senior of The Year "award in 2011.

Regina is survived by her two children: James M. Ferrera and his wife Dr. Lydia A. Kapell & Susan G. Fenn and her husband Ronald S. Fenn; her 3 grandchildren: Dr. Michael J. Ferrera, Laurel A. Ferrera and Charles B. Ferrera and his wife Emily B. Ferrera; a sister, Patricia McEvilly of Clinton MA and many nieces & nephews.

In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place. Relatives & friends are invited to extend their condolences to her family on Friday (January 20, 2023) from 11am to 12 NOON at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. A Private Committal Service will follow in Winthrop Cemetery in Winthrop MA.
