Mr. Robert R. Marino, 82, of Milford MA died Thursday (May 16, 2019) at Blaire House Assisted Living in Milford MA after a period of declining health. He was the husband of the late Marie (DiVittorio) Marino.

Robert was born in Milford MA, the son of the late Harold and Henrietta Marino. He attended Milford public schools and was a graduate of Milford High School, Class of 1954. He had served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard.

Robert was first employed as a young man for about twenty years as a construction laborer for Salvucci Construction Company located in Boston MA. He later was employed as a janitor for the Milford School Department for about twenty years.

Robert loved going to the beach, especially at Cape Cod. He also loved music and playing his accordion, which he played as a contestant on the weekly television show, "Community Auditions".

Robert is survived by 1 Brother: Harold Marino and his wife Carol of Milford MA; his longtime companion: Rita Tocci of Milford MA and her children, Keith, Michelle and John Faherty.

In accordance with his wishes a Private Committal Service will be held in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA at the convenience of the family. There are no visiting hours. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home of Milford MA.
