On January 11, 2021  Shain Moran sadly passed away at the age of 37 from an illness he battled for two years.

Shain is survived by his mother Nancy Moran of Mendon.  His loving and devoted grandmother Peggy Barlow, her husband Lawrence and Shain's loving neice Makayla Moran all of Milford.   Shain's girlfriend Carrie Gray of Northbridge, MA.  A very close friend Bradford Gray.  A sister Tasha Moran.  He is predeceased by his father Michael T. Moran.

Shain was born November 16, 1983 in Fitchburg, MA.  The son of Michael and Nancy Moran.  At an early age the family moved to Mendon.

Shain attended Nipmuc Regional High.  He recently worked as a line cook at the Willowbrook Restaurant in Mendon.

Shain had many interests.  At the young age of 15 he was flying from of Hopedale Airport in a Cessna to many places, Nantucket, Hyannis, New Hampshire and upstate NY with his friend Nick.  He was an avid Disc golfer and enjoyed playing disc golf with JJ and his friends!  He enjoyed kite flying and wood working.

For those who new Shain, they knew how much he enjoyed eating and cooking food.  He was quite the cook!  He was a lover of life, always wanting to live it to the fullest, and anxious to see what was coming next.  Shain was always up for a new adventure and willing to try just about anything.  Most recently skydiving in New Hampshire.  No matter what life threw at him, Shain always had a positive attitude and that contagious smile for you.  Shain was always at the ready to lend a hand when his family asked!

Shain will be dearly missed!  We love you Shain!
