Anthony Molinari Obituary

Mr. Anthony J. Molinari, 52, of Milford MA, died unexpectedly on Thursday (April 23, 2020) at his residence.

 

Tony was born in Framingham MA, the son of John “Alex” and Victoria (Garibaldi) Molinari. He attended Milford public schools and Blackstone Valley Vocational Technical High School.

 

Tony was first employed in the family business, J. Molinari & Son, Inc. The family then established a masonry & stone business, Muro di Sasso Inc.  It was in the masonry part of the business that he became a talented and self-taught mason. Many of the works he did were admired and bought by many clients, many can still be seen around the family home, especially the water fountain located at the front of the family property.

 

Tony was also talented when it came to snow plowing and innovating equipment. He, along with his Dad, devised a fold up plow for the loaders so as to make it easier to go down the road.

 

Tony was a resident of Milford MA for most of his life, residing in Medway MA only briefly. He was always ready, willing and able to help anyone in need.

 

Along with his father & mother, he is survived by 1 daughter: Linda (Molinari) DiRuzzo and her husband Cory of Weeki Wachee FL, along with his grandchildren: Julia and Emily. Also his sisters: Beth Paoni and her husband David and their children, Allie, Nikki and Rena of Yardley PA; and Joanne Molinari and her husband Scott Channing  and their children, Katie and Alex of Uxbridge MA; he also leaves an uncle: Henry Molinari of Astor FL; his cousin: Greg Molinari of Florida and his former wife, Kristina Molinari of Medway MA.

 

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place and a Private Committal Service will be held in Scared Heart Cemetery in Milford MA at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA.       

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Oliva Cancer Comfort Fund, c/o the Milford Regional Healthcare Foundation, 14 Prospect Street, Milford MA 01757.
