Arlene Mary (Tessicini) Bitzas

Mrs. Arlene M. (Tessicini) Bitzas, 79, of Milford MA died Tuesday (October 8, 2024) at her residence after an illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Theodore Bitzas. 

Arlene was born in Milford MA, the daughter of the late Pasquale Tessicini and the late Olympia Mary (Fatsy) Tessicini. She attended Milford public schools and was a graduate of Milford High School, Class of 1963.

Arlene was first employed as a young woman working in the family owned restaurant business, Milford House of Pizza. She later worked as a successful salesperson in the medical supply industry, receiving numerous sales awards. She also had been employed by the Bauman Group.

Arlene loved spending time with her beloved family members and loved entertaining them at her home. She also loved attending all kinds of events with her family members, especially going to the theatre and attending various Christmas shows.

Arlene is survived by her 2 daughters: Kristina Brita Mulcahy and her husband Paul Mulcahy of Franklin MA & Cynthia Brita Felix of Milford MA; her 4 grandchildren: Kiara Spencer and her husband Jake, David Felix, Madison Mulcahy & Colin Mulcahy; her 2 great grandchildren: Snow Spencer & Zephyr Spencer; her 2 siblings: Dennis Tessicini of Oregon & MaryAnn Frangiamone and her husband Jack of Florida; her nieces: Denise Polacek, Debbie Holzendorf, Donna Duggan, Gina Stephens, Veronica Demers & Rebecca Mazzuchelli; her nephews: John Tessicini, David Tessicini & Derek Tessicini.

Arlene was the sister of the late Pat Tessicini & the late Ronnie Tessicini.

In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place. Relatives & friends are invited to attend her funeral FRIDAY (OCTOBER 18th)  at 9AM from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 7 East Main Street, Milford MA. Burial of her cremains will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA. Visiting hours will be held THIURSDAY (October 17th) from 5pm to 7p at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA .
