Atty. Michael J. Yerardi

Atty. Michael J. Yerardi, 79, of Raynham MA died Tuesday (June 14, 2022) at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Brighton MA surrounded by his loved ones after an illness.

Michael was born in Waltham MA, the son of the late Salvatore C. Yerardi and the late Virginia (Guerriero) Yerardi. Due to the untimely death of both Michael's parents, he was raised by his grandparents, Michael & Carmella Guerriero. He was a graduate of St. Francis High School in Biddeford ME, Class of 1961. He was also a graduate of Boston University, Class of 1965 and had attained his law degree from Suffolk Law School, Class of 1968.

Michael was a practicing attorney for many years and was the proud son of the late Salvatore C. Yerardi who was killed in action during the Normandy Invasion of WWII.

Michael is survived by his aunt: Mrs. Louise Nicoletta of Margate FL; his uncle: Joseph Arcudi of Milford MA; his 2 children: Pamela Y. Anderson and her husband Brian of Raynham MA and Benjamin Y. Madeiras and his wife Amy of Dighton MA; his 2 grandchildren: Alexis Anderson and Evan Anderson; his cousins: Beverly Collins & family, Donna Arcudi & her partner Margaret Murphy, Steven Nicoletta and his wife Jenna Nicoletta & family and Dennis Arcudi & family; also his wife Margaret J. Yerardi of Coconut Creek FL. Michael was also the godfather to Alexander Nicoletta and nephew to the late Mrs. Helena Arcudi.

His funeral will be held Tuesday (June 21st) at 9am from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 7 East Main Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA. Visiting hours will be  Monday  (June 20th)  from 5pm to 8pm at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home.
