Charles Robert Lamberson Sr.

Mr. Charles R. Lamberson Sr., 82, of Milford MA, died Saturday (September 2, 2023) at the Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Barbara (MacNichol) Lamberson.

Charles was born in Philadelphia PA, the son of the late William E. Lamberson and the late Edna E. (Speece) Lamberson Droze. He attended public schools in Philadelphia PA. In 1958 he enlisted in the US Army, serving until 1961.

Charles had been employed in the heating & cooling industry for over fifty years, first working as a HVAC technician for various  companies  in the Trevose PA area, including the Tomlinson Oil Company. Later in life, when he moved to Massachusetts he began his successful career working at Coan Oil Inc. and at CNS Oil. He has been a resident of Milford MA for the past 50 years.

Charles loved spending time with his beloved family members, especially when he and the family ventured on their many camping trips. He also was an avid woodworker.

Along with his beloved wife of 60 years, he is survived by his 2 children: Deborah Otto and her husband Bernard Otto of Douglas MA and James Lamberson and his wife Nicole of Whitinsville MA; his 6 grandchildren: Brandon Lamberson and his wife Michaela of Douglas MA, Joshua Lamberson of Raeford NC, Amanda Jones and her husband Tim Jones of Uxbridge MA, Cassandra Hatstat and her husband Matthew Hatstat of Douglas MA, Nathan Lamberson of Allston MA and Christian Lamberson of Whitinsville MA; his 8 great grandchildren: Ryder Lamberson, Hudson Lamberson, Beckett Lamberson, Willow Lamberson, Aubreigh Lamberson, Ethan Hatstat, Beau Hatstat and Lillian Hatstat; his sister: Elaine Lamberson of Troutrun PA; his daughter-in-law: Elizabeth R. Lamberson of Uxbridge MA; also several nieces & nephews.

Charles was the father of the late Charles R. Lamberson Jr., who died in January of 2023.

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place. There are no funeral home visiting hours or funeral services. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA.
