Diane L. (Sannicandro) Papelian

Diane L. (Sannicandro) Papelian, 67, of Sterling MA and formerly of Milford MA died Tuesday (May 14, 2024) at the UMASS-Memorial Hospital in Clinton MA. She was the wife of the late Mark Papelian.

Diane was born in Milford MA, the daughter of the late John A. Sannicandro Jr. and the late Ruth (Stanley) Sannicandro. She attended Milford public schools and was a graduate of Milford High School.

Diane grew up in Milford MA and had resided for many years in Naples Florida. She more recently had resided in Sterling MA.

Diane is survived by her 4 siblings: John A. Sannicandro of Northborough MA, Gloria Racine of Northborough MA, Joseph Sannicandro of Bonita Springs FL and Maryellen Walker and her husband David of Hilton Head Island SC; also several loving nieces & nephews whom she adored. She is also survived by a longtime companion Francis Tamboolleo of Sterling MA.

Diane was the sister of the late Joan Lees.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday (May 21st) at 9am from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 7 East Main Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA. Visiting hours will be held Monday (May 20th) from 5pm to 7pm at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home.
