Diane Ruth (Tracinski) Sullivan

Mrs. Diane R. (Tracinski) Sullivan, 81, of Mendon MA died Monday (October 20, 2025) at the UMASS-Memorial Medical Center in Worcester MA after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of Michael P. Sullivan.

Diane was born in Niagara Falls NY, the daughter of the late John Tracinski and the late Lottie (Turczynski) Tracinski. She was a graduate of Niagara Falls Central High School and attended Erie County Community College.

Diane was first employed as a young woman as a secretary at Speer Carbon Company located in Niagara Falls NY. She then worked as a secretary for the Town of Brookfield, located in Wisconsin.  She was employed as a realtor at ERA Key Realty located in Franklin MA, where she also served as secretary.

Diane grew up in Niagara Falls NY, Buffalo NY & Hamburg NY.  She then resided in Brownsburg Indiana & Brockfield Wisconsin. Most recently, she was a resident of Mendon MA, where she was a faithful communicant of St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish.

Diane grew up and avid Buffalo Bills fan and later also became an avid Boston Red Sox fan. She was also an avid fan of all women’s college basketball . Diane loved to cook traditional Polish-American food for her family & friends.

Along with her beloved husband of 59 years, she is survived by her 2 sons: Michael J. Sullivan and his wife Amy of Bluffton SC and Patrick J. Sullivan of Chittenden VT; her 2 grandchildren: Jacob Sullivan & Lauryn Sullivan of SC; her 2 brothers: John Tracinski and his wife Karin of Arizona & Walter Tracinski and his wife Gretta of Idaho; also several nieces & nephews.

In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place. Relatives & friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial at St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish, 151 Mendon Street, Upton MA on WEDNESDAY (November 5th) at 10:30AM. Burial of her cremains will take place in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne MA at a different date. There are no funeral home visiting hours.
