Elizabeth Sheila Murray

Miss Elizabeth S. Murray, 90, of Milford MA died Sunday (December 27, 2020) at Medway Country Manor in Medway MA after a period of declining health.

Elizabeth was born in Milford MA, the daughter of the late Joseph P. and the late Iselina M. (Paietta) Murray. She attended Milford public schools, graduating from Milford High School, Class of 1947.

Elizabeth had been employed as a court officer for the US Marshalls Office located in the Federal Court House in Boston MA. She was a longtime communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Milford MA

Elizabeth is survived by numerous nieces & nephews including: Dana Fontecchio of Upton MA, Stacie Brown of Pepperell MA, Dennis Fontecchio of Satelite Beach FL, Jane Pellegri of Franklin MA, David Murray of Brewster MA and Diane Hakkanson of Southborough MA. Also survived by her 2 beloved cats.

Due to the COVID-19 gathering restrictions and the family’s concern for the wellbeing of family members & friends, a Private Graveside Committal Service will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Milford MA. There are no visiting hours. Social distancing protocols & use of face masks will be required for all facets of the funeral services.
