Eric Wayne Partlow

Mr. Eric W. Partlow, 62, of Blackstone MA, died Tuesday evening (March 23, 2021) at his residence after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Patricia M. (Milani) Partlow.

Eric was born in Mattoon IL, the son of the late Robert E. Partlow and the son of Julia Additon (Goddard) Partlow of Milford MA. He was a graduate of Keefe Vocational Technical High School in Framingham MA, Class of 1976.

Eric was a self-employed carpenter and wood worker for many years who owned & operated “The Specialist”, a building and remodeling company. He had been a resident of Blackstone MA since 1990, and prior to that had resided in Milford MA and Holliston MA.

Eric was a devoted father who volunteered as an assistant scoutmaster for Troop #7 of Uxbridge MA and had also volunteered as a soccer coach for the Blackstone-Millville Youth Soccer Program. He was also an avid hunter & fisherman and a longtime member of the Massachusetts Bowhunter's Association .

Along with his mother Julia, he is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Patricia; his 2 children: Jessica Ann Partlow of Blackstone MA and John Robert Partlow and his wife Jennifer of Millville MA; his 3 grandchildren: Jacob Eric Trezzi, Cailyn Brooke and Nora Evelyn Partlow; his 3 siblings: Kenneth Partlow and his wife Their of Gulf Breeze FL, Kevin Partlow and his wife Donna of Millville MA and Marcia K. Partlow of Blackstone MA; several cousins, nieces & nephews.

Eric was the brother of the late Linda Diane Partlow and the late Mark Wade Partlow.

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place. A Celebration of his Life Service will be held on Saturday (April 3, 2021) at 10am at The Valley Chapel, 14 Hunter Road, Uxbridge MA. Social distancing protocols & use of face masks will be required for all facets of the funeral services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute     or to     the American Cancer Society.
