Francis J. "Frankie" Cleary Jr.

Mr. Francis J. “Frankie” Cleary Jr., 68, of Milford MA died Sunday morning (October 2, 2022) at his residence after an illness.

Frankie was born in Boston MA, the son of the late Francis J. Cleary and the late Helen M. (Burke) Cleary. He attended the former St. Coletta’s parochial school, now known as Cardinal Richard Cushing School.

Frankie had been a resident of Milford for most of his life and was a communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Milford. Frankie loved to travel and was also an avid fisherman.

Frankie is survived by his 8 siblings: Anna Rock of Milford MA, Mary Mussulli and her husband Joseph of Spring Hill FL, Marguerite Celozzi and her husband Anthony of Milford MA, Helen Damore of Milford MA, Jude Saucier of Brooksville FL, Patrick Cleary and his wife Sandra of New Port Richey FL, Joseph Cleary and his wife Diane of Seekonk MA, and Edward Cleary of Whitinsville MA; many nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews; also survived by his pet dog, “Trixie” and many special friends.

His funeral will be held Thursday (October 6th) at 9am from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 19Winter Street, Milford MA.
