Francis C. "Frank" Speroni

Mr. Francis C. “Frank” Speroni, 100, of Milford MA died Sunday morning (November 20, 2022) at Genesis-Milford Center after a period of declining health. He was the beloved husband of Lucy V. (Dota) Moschilli-Speroni and the devoted husband of the late Rose (Draghi) Speroni, who died in 1999.

Frank was born in Milford MA, the son of the late Louis L. Speroni and the late Mary J. (Abretti) Speroni. He attended Milford public schools and was a graduate of Milford High School.

Frank was a WW II US Army veteran having served in the European theatre.

Frank had been employed for many years at the former Porter Shoe Company located in Milford MA, retiring as the shipping manager. He also had been employed in the family owned restaurant business, Speroni’s Restaurant, located in Medway MA, where he worked as a bartender.

Frank had grown up in Milford MA and had resided in resided in Escondido CA for a number of years, prior to moving back to Milford MA. He was a longtime communicant of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Milford MA.   

Along with his beloved wife of 20 years, he is survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins including Patty Kingsbury of Milford MA and Anita “Sister” Ferrari of Milford MA.

Frank was the brother of the late Charles Speroni; the late Joseph Speroni; the late Louis Speroni and the late Theresa “Tess” (Speroni) Kingsbury.

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place. Relatives & friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on TUESDAY (December 6th) at 10am in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (UPPER CHURCH), 7 East Main Street, Milford MA . Burial of his cremains, with Military Honors, will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA. There are no funeral home visiting hours.
