Frank James Noe

Mr. Frank J. Noe, 65, of Milford MA died unexpectedly on Wednesday (April 23, 2025) at his residence in Milford MA.

Frank was born in Medford MA, the son of the late James Sebastiano Noe and the late Lucille G. (Visconti) Noe. He was a graduate of Stoughton High School, Class of 1977.

Frank was a US Army veteran.

Following his service in the US Army he began his long career working in the food industry. He was first employed as a young man as a delivery person and then later worked as a chef at various restaurant. These last few years of his life he had returned to being a delivery person.

Frank was an avid sportsfan of all the New England teams. He also liked “grilling”, but his favorite past time was spending time with his beloved grandchildren.

Frank is survived by his 2 daughters: Mandy E. Noe of Woonsocket RI and Savanna H. Noe of Woonsocket RI; his step-daughter: Becky DaCruz of Woonsocket RI; his 5 grandchildren: Makayla Litterio, Michael DaCruz Jr., Vivian DaCruz, Fayth Noe and Lucille Noe-Medina; his 2 sisters: Donna O’Rourke and Ann Rynne; also his niece Ashley O'Rourke.

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place. There are no funeral home visiting hours. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA.
