Frederic C. Stevens IV

Mr. Frederic C. Stevens IV, 62, of Milford MA died Sunday (November 1, 2020) at his residence after an illness. He was the beloved husband of Helen D. (Lucas) Stevens.

Frederic was born in Downer’s Grove IL, the son of Frederic C. Stevens III and the late Sharon H. (Newell) Stevens. He was a graduate of Hendersonville High School in Hendersonville TN, Class  of 1976. He was also a graduate of Tennessee Technological University, Class of 1981 and later received his Master’s in Business Administration from Worcester Polytechnical Institute in 1991.

Frederic began his 38 year career with Raytheon Corporation in 1982 where he worked as a radar systems engineer. He was interested in photography and also loved to read. He also had been a 34 year member of the I.E.E.E.

Frederic had been a resident of Milford MA since 1987 and prior to that had resided in Stone Mountain GA, Henderson TN, Memphis TN and Downer’s Grove IL.

Along with his beloved wife of 36 years, he is survived by his daughter: Jessica E. Stevens of Milford MA; his father: Frederic C. Stevens  & his step-mother: Joyce Stevens of Hoschton GA; his sister: Elizabeth Gault of Atlanta GA; his nephew: Sidney Gault of Norcross GA; his brother: David J. Stevens of Albuquerque NM; also 3 nieces; 6 grandnieces & grandnephews and 3 cousins.

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday (November 7th) at 12:30PM at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. There are no visiting hours. Social distancing protocols and use of face masks will be required for all facets of funeral services.
