Garrison Dane Shepherd

Garrison Dane Shepherd, 22, of Mendon MA died unexpectedly on Wednesday (January 10, 2024) at his residence. He was the beloved son of Gregory D. Shepherd and beloved son of April Dawn Kelly.

Garrison was born in Atlanta GA, where he resided until 2009, when he moved to Mendon MA. He attended school through the Bi County Collaborative from 2009 to 2023. He graduated this past December from the Life Rolls Center located in Walpole MA.

Garrison loved attending school & spending time with his classmates. He also loved riding in his van & listening to his favorite DVD’s. But most of all, he loved visits with his mother.

Garrison is survived by his father Gregory Shepherd & his step-mother Jessica Shepherd of Mendon MA; his mother Dawn Kelly & his step-father James Cummings of Kennesaw GA; his step sisters: Jacklyn Lemay & Haleigh Lemay of Mendon MA; his paternal grandmother: Wanda Shepherd of New Port Richey FL; his maternal grandfather: R. B. Kelly of Marrietta GA; also many aunts, uncles & cousins located in Massachusetts, Georgia, Florida and Tennessee.

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place. A Celebration of Garrison’s Life will be held Saturday (January 20th) from 5pm to 7pm at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA.
