John Matthew Fino

Mr. John M. Fino, 75, of Milford MA died Saturday (June 11, 2022) at the Lahey Medical Center in Burlington MA after an illness. He was the beloved husband of Karen A. (Iannitelli) Fino.

John was born in Milford MA, the son of the late Matthew J. Fino Sr. and the late Lena M. (Zappella) Fino. He attended Hopedale public schools, graduating from Hopedale High School.

John was a Viet Nam War veteran of the US Air Force serving from 1967 to 1971, attaining the rank of Sergeant.

John began his accomplished career in the automotive sales industry by working in the family owned business, eventually becoming the owner & operator of the Fino Chrysler-Plymouth car dealership located in Mendon MA.

John was an avid outdoorsman who loved owning horses; being a member of the New Britain Field Trial Club which involved pointer dogs that were used in hunting. He was also a member of the Setter Club of New England; a Past-Officer of the Association of New England Field Trial Clubs and the Regional Amateur Field Trial Clubs of America.

Along with his beloved wife of 26 years, he is survived by 2 step-sons: Jason P. DelSignore and his wife Colleen of Mendon MA and Brian M. DelSignore of Uxbridge MA; 3 grandchildren: Evan G. DelSignore,  Sophia C. DelSignore and Jacob DeMonte; his brother: Matthew J. Fino Jr of Mendon MA and also 3 nephews: Andrew Fino, David Leon & Kevin Leon.

In accordance with his wishes Cremation will take place. A Private Funeral will be held at the convenience of the family with burial to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA.
