Ms. Laura Jean (Kitch) Daniels, 51, of Millbury MA, died unexpectedly on Wednesday (July 1, 2020).
Laura was born in Alameda CA, the daughter of the late Harold E. and the late Mary R. (Hutt) Kitch. She was a graduate of Franklin High School, Class of 1987 and also received her associate’s degree from Katherine Gibbs College.
Laura was first employed as a young woman as an executive assistant at State Street Financial Services in Boston MA. After starting to raise her children as a stay at home Mom, she returned to work as a waitress, working at the Main Street Café located in Medway MA.
Laura was an avid reader and loved to do crossword puzzles. She also was an antiques collector & loved to shop. She also loved to cook and was a huge fan of the television show “Jeopardy”.
Laura is survived by her 2 children: Kyleigh M. Macri and her husband Joseph Searles of Upton MA and Wyatt Daniels of Uxbridge MA; her 2 granddaughters: Maci Searles and Penelope Searles of Upton MA; her 4 sisters: Jennifer Kitch of Millbury MA, Kerry Kitch of Northbridge MA, Amanda Brytowski and her husband Anthony of Auburn MA and Elizabeth Markle of Bellingham MA; also several nieces & nephews.
In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place. Relatives & friends are invited to attend a Celebration of her Life on WEDNESDAY (July 15th) from 6pm to 8pm at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. Social distancing protocols & use of face masks will be required for all facets of the funeral services.
