Mrs. Mary “Suzanne” (Adams) St John, 77, of Milford MA passed away Saturday (July 10, 2021) at the Milford Regional Medical Center after a short illness. Suzanne was the beloved wife of the late Wallace E. St John Jr., who died in 2005.
Suzanne was born in Milford MA, the daughter of the late Karl Adams and the late Jeanette (Adams) Adams. She attended Milford public schools and was a graduate of Somerville Hospital School of Nursing., graduating with honors in 1964.
Suzanne was employed as a Registered Nurse. Throughout her career she worked at the Milford-Whitinsville Regional Hospital, Framingham Union Hospital, Milford Med-Care, Tri-County Surgery and Milford Pediatrics.
With her generous and caring spirit, Suzanne loved all the people in her life. She was a doting Mother to her children, Barry and Laura, and to her grandchildren, Jennifer and Brian St John.
Suzanne loved the beaches of Rhode Island and Ogunquit Maine, where she spent a great deal of time with her beloved husband Wally and her family. She was an avid gardener and loved to grow flowers and plants. She greatly enjoyed the holidays and the company of family and friends. She enjoyed music and dancing as wellas a good book.
Suzanne is survived by her two children: Barry St John and his wife Laurie of Mendon MA and Laura St John-Dupuis and her husband Troy Dupuis of Mendon MA; her two grandchildren: Jennifer St John and Brian St John of Mendon MA; her niece: Gail Brown; her nephew: Douglas Miller; her brother-in-law: Robert St John; her sister-in-law: Linda Mastroianni, and many other beloved nieces & nephews.
Suzanne was predeceased by her husband Wallace E. St John Jr.; her parents Karl and Jeanette Adams; and her sisters: Nancy Miller & Janice Beccia.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday (July 15th) at 11am at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA. Visiting hours will be held Thursday (July 15th) from 9am to 11am, prior to her Funeral Services.
