Michael J. Prece

Mr. Michael J. Prece, 70, of Milford MA died unexpectedly on Saturday (May 21, 2022) at his residence in Milford MA.

Michael was born in Framingham MA, the son of the late John R. Prece and the late Edith C. (DellaDonna) Prece. He attended Milford public schools, graduating from Milford High School, Class of 1970. He also attended Bentley College.

Michael was an accomplished athlete while at Milford High School, where he excelled in basketball and baseball. He also had played for the Milford Town Team.

Michael was first employed as a young man at the former Digital Equipment Corporation, working in the marketing department. He later moved to Georgia, where he worked for a number of years as a stockbroker.

Michael is survived by his sister: Patricia M., wife of John Patrick of Upton MA; his 2 nieces: Andra Waugh of Grafton MA and Kathryn Patrick of Upton MA; his grandniece: Trinity Patrick of Upton MA; several cousins including Donna Comolli of Milford MA and Joanne Scavitto of Mendon MA; also many longtime friends from here in Milford MA.

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place and a Private Graveside Committal Service will be held in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA at the convenience of the family. There are no visiting hours.
