Nancy Ann (Camillo) Finnerty

Mrs. Nancy A. (Camillo) Finnerty, 89, of Milford MA died Friday (February 6, 2026) at the Lydia Taft House in Uxbridge MA after a period of declining health. She was the beloved wife of the late John E. Finnerty Sr. who died in 1999.

Nancy was born in Boston MA, the daughter of the late William Camillo and the late Anna (Santarpio) Camillo. She attended Boston public schools, graduating from high school.

Nancy was first employed as a young woman at the former Brine Corporation located in Milford MA. Following that she had been employed for many years at the former Hallmark Store located in Milford MA. She had been a resident of Milford MA since 1963.

Nancy loved her shopping trips, walking, playing cards, especially Solitaire, and coloring. But her favorite pastime was spending time with her beloved family members, especially her grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her 3 children: Cathy Anderson of Uxbridge MA, Debora Finnerty and her partner Peter Recore of Milford MA and John Finnerty Jr. and his wife Tracy of Milford MA; her grandchildren: Briana Fay of Milford MA, Kylie Finnerty of Boston MA and Jared Finnerty of Boston MA; her brother: Anthony Camillo and his wife May of Wollaston MA; also several nieces & nephews.

Nancy was the sister of the late Louis Camillo; the late Viola McGovern; the late William Camillo Jr.; the late Bettina Stone and the late Anna Brady.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday (February 14th) at 11am at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Milford MA. A visiting hour will be held Saturday morning (February 14th) from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, prior to her Funeral Services.
