Patricia Ann (Zandarski) Wright

Mrs. Patricia A. (Zandarski) Wright, 82, of Milford MA, died Sunday (February 2, 2025) at the UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester MA after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph E. Wright, who died in 2015.

Patty was born in Hyde Park PA, the daughter of the late John J. and Lucy (Burlando) DeBiasio. She was a graduate of Vandergrift PA High School, Class of 1960.

She had been a resident of Milford MA since the 1970’s and prior to that had resided in Pennsylvania. She worked for many years in the housekeeping department at the Milford Regional Medical Center.

Patty loved going to Broadway musicals -preferably in New York City- and live concerts, everything from Josh Groban to Garth Brooks. She enjoyed visiting wineries throughout New England and New York. Patty was an avid reader and liked doing word search puzzles. She was also a fan of Marvel movies and spent time tending to her many plants. But her favorite past time was being with her family.

Patty is survived by her children: Lisa Wright of Milford MA, Kimberly Wright of Somerville MA, Barbara (Wylie) Pelcak of Atlanta GA and John Wylie of Douglas MA; her grandchildren: Christopher Murray and his partner Michael Torres of Deerfield Beach FL and John Wylie Jr. of Douglas MA; her sister: Joann (DeBiasio) Marhefka and her husband Larry Marhefka of Macungie PA; her sister-in-law: Joyce (Wright) Pickett of Belchertown MA; her niece: Jocelyn (Pickett) Maggi and her husband Joe of Belchertown MA; and several nieces, a nephew, grandnieces and grandnephews.

In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place. A celebration of her Life will be held on Saturday (February 15th) at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA from 11:00am to 1:00pm with a Prayer Service to be held at 1:00PM.
