Robert Paul Moschella

Robert P. Moschella (age 88) of Milford, MA, formerly of Revere, MA, passed away on February 14, 2022. The son of the late Italo Moschella and Anna (O’Neil) Moschella. Bob was born in Boston and graduated from Revere High School in 1951. He married Barbara Caissie in 1956, and they settled in Revere. In 1996, they moved to Milford, MA.

Bob graduated from Suffolk University and Boston State College. With his degrees in education, Bob had a 40-year career working in the Revere Public School system. He had the opportunity to work in several different schools holding many distinct positions. Bob was a hard worker his whole life. In addition to teaching, Bob had other positions in the retail industry, including owning a pet store.

In addition to working, Bob was always there for his family. Whether it was watching his daughter Corinne in her dance recitals, attending his son, Robert’s baseball games, or taking his son, Stephen, bowling, Bob always found time to be there for family. In later years, Bob and Barbara enjoyed learning to square dance with The Scarlet Squares. Bob will always be remembered for the love he had for his family.

Bob is predeceased by his wife Barbara. He is survived by his daughter, Corrine (Moschella) Perkins and her husband Fred, his son Robert and his wife Kathleen, and his son Stephen and his wife Ymrlen. Bob is also survived by his granddaughters Courtney (Perkins) Ryan and her husband Patrick, and Camryn Moschella, as well as, his great-grandson, Hunter Ryan. Bob is survived by his sister, Anna Thomas, and her children, Donald, and Debbie.

His funeral will be held on Monday, February 21st at 9am from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford, MA, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (UPPER CHURCH), 7 East Main Street, Milford, MA. Visiting hours will be Sunday February 20th from 2pm to 4pm at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home.
