Sharon M. (Biagetti) Leavitt

Mrs. Sharon M. (Biagetti) Leavitt, 66, of Milford MA died Wednesday (April 28, 2021) at the Milford Regional Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Gary A. Leavitt.

Sharon was born in Milford MA, the daughter of the late Othello and the late Lydia (Rovedo) Biagetti. She attended Milford public schools, graduating from Milford High School, Class of 1972. She later attended hairdressing school.

Sharon was first employed as a young woman as the manager of the former Sears Surplus Store, located in Milford. She had lastly been employed for 26 years as the scale operator at the transfer station in the Town of Holliston.

Sharon loved to exercise and loved doing yard work to beautify her home, but her favorite time was spent in the presence of her beloved family members.

Along with her beloved husband of 32 years, she is survived by her 4 children: Kimberly Vacca of Northbridge MA, Ralph Vacca and his wife Sarah of Bellingham MA, Jeremy Leavitt and his wife Tracey of Uxbridge MA and Melissa Lovell and her husband Andy of Northbridge MA; her 10 grandchildren: Lydia Desilets, Michael Desilets, Matthew Desilets, Christian Vacca-Rivera, Sophia Vacca, Arabella Vacca, Bailey Leavitt, Mason Leavitt, Jase Leavitt and Kingston Lovell; her great grandson: Matthew Desilets; her 2 brothers: Richard Biagetti and his wife Susan of Milford MA & Robert Biagetti and his wife Sandra of Milford MA; also several nieces & nephews.

In accordance with her wishes a Private Cremation Service will take place. There are no visiting hours. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA.
