Terri Ann (O'Brien) Rett

Mrs. Terri A. (O’Brien) Rett, 79, of Milford MA died Thursday (March 20, 2025) at the Milford Regional Medical Center after an illness.  She was the beloved wife of the late Gardner L. Rett who died in 2013; the devoted mother of the late Tiffany Shea who died in 2016.

Terri was born in Worcester MA, the daughter of the late Charles O’Brien and the late Beth (Tiffany) O’Brien. She attended Milford public schools as a young girl and was a graduate of Milford High School, Class of 1968.

As a young woman Terri first owned & operated, along with her late husband Gardner, a horse farm located in Foxboro MA where she trained horses as a licensed horse trainer. Later in life she attained her certification as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) after graduating first in her class from the HO Peabody School in 1989 and was employed for many years, mostly at Norwood Hospital.

Terri loved animals of all kinds, but especially loved horses.

Terri is survived by her 4 siblings: Bonnie Tuel of Sonora CA, Holly O’Brien of Ashland MA, John O’Brien of Milford MA and Thomas O’Brien of Milford MA; also 4 nieces & 1 nephew.

In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. There are no funeral home visiting hours. A Celebration of her Life will be held on SATURDAY (May 10th) at 12 NOON at Restaurant 45, 45 Milford Street (Rte 109), Medway MA.
