Ms. Jennifer T. Gardner, 42, of Brighton MA and formerly of Milford MA died unexpectedly Friday evening (May 19, 2017). She was the beloved daughter of the late William J. Gardner and of Claudia M. (Bird) Gardner of Hopedale MA.
Jennifer was born in Milford MA and attended Milford public schools, graduating from Milford High School, Class of 1993. She then attended UMASS-Amherst and received her bachelor’s degree from UMASS-Boston in 1997. She was presently persuing her master’s degree at Leslie College. Prior to that, she had been employed as a “concierge” in Boston.
Jennifer had a great love for the arts & literature. She loved to visit many of the museums in greater Boston and elsewhere.
Along with her loving mother, she is survived by her siblings: Michael Gardner and his wife Barbara of Uxbridge MA, Cynthia, wife of Bill Shaner of Hopedale MA and Jean, wife of Christopher Scott of Mendon MA; many nieces & nephews; aunts, uncles & cousins.
In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday (May 27th) at 12 NOON at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. Burial of her cremains will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Milford MA. Visiting hours will be held Friday (May 26th) from 5pm to 8pm.
