What can I say? Such a shock and so sudden!

We only met Stephanie twice when she came with Meg and Nathan to stay with us in DC and then when, with my brother Geoffrey Dickerson from the UK and a long time friend of Meg's, we visited her in Massachusetts. After that we chatted regularly by phone. She was always cheery on those calls and we will miss them. Such a tragic waste of the life of an obviously very talented and loving person. Steph, I was never at a loss for words around you and now it's seems so difficult to express how I feel. I loved you like a sister. I had more silly, crazy moments with you than it should be legal to do. My heart aches so bad. I know how much you loved you family, both 2 legged and 4 legged. You were kind and thoughtful. I wish the world were full of more people with the spirit you had. You will never be forgottten!!

Our hearts go out to a dear friend who could always lighten a moment with a witty phrase or a beautiful smile. So sorry for your wonderful children, Heather, Frank, and Nathan. You were always talking about your Mum and kids. Will miss you always, you brought a beam of sunshine into everyone's lives. Chris I am so sorry to hear of Steph's passing. I remember her from coming to the Pipedream gigs and her always being so friendly and pleasant. Although I have not seen you or Stephanie in awhile the memories will last forever. May she RIP.
